Individual therapy sessions typically last 60 minutes. It might exceed up to an extra time of 30mins which generally depends from person to person. 

Yes, we offer online therapy sessions via completely secure video conferencing platforms for clients who prefer remote sessions.

Yes, the consultation call with Manisha is chargeable. This call usually lasts up to 20 mins only depending on person to person. More details will be given while scheduling a call.

We offer therapy services tailored specifically for adolescents and Adults from the age group of 13 & above. These sessions address issues such as academic stress, anxiety, peer pressure, self-harm, self-esteem issues, self-confidence, relationship problems, peer relationship problems, family dynamics and much more. 

We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule the therapy sessions. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a fee.

It’s important to feel comfortable with your therapist. But, if you don’t feel comfortable, please communicate this to Manisha so that necessary adjustments can be made or referrals to another therapist can be provided for your further therapy sessions.

Yes, we periodically offer therapy in workshops and group sessions. These groups are open and closed groups. The minimal number of people needed to form a closed group is 6. These groups are formed based on the comfort of the people.

If the person wishes to have a session individually, then he/she may just inform or talk to Manisha about the same.

During your first session, Manisha will conduct an initial assessment to understand your needs and goals. This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and discuss any concerns. This session is usually more of an introductory session, both the client and Manisha get to understand each other.
